One of the reasons why I always want to go home every weekend is my mom’s cooking!
Just this lunch, we had Pansit Miki. Pansit or Pancit is one common dish in the Philippines. There are lots of food establishments which serves different kinds of pansit. But for me, none of them compares to my Inay’s Pansit!*big grin*
